Terms of Service

WE ARE Health (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a New Zealand-based supplier of research-grade compounds, protocol kits, and bundles. By placing an order on this website you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to these Terms of Service.

All products sold by WE ARE Health are sold strictly for research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any application governed by Medsafe or the Medicines Act 1981.

By placing an order you confirm that you are over 18, that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and that you accept full responsibility for the use, storage, and disposal of the products you receive.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

We ship within New Zealand and Australia via NZ Post. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days within NZ. Tracking is provided on dispatch. Risk of loss passes to you when the courier accepts the parcel.

Nothing in these Terms limits the protections available to you under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund as set out in our Refunds Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the products is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from research, handling, or use of any product.

All content on this website — including the WE ARE Health name, product names (Wolverine Protocol, Glow Protocol, Trim Protocol, Ember Protocol, Beast Protocol, Phoenix Protocol, KIT-S/M/L), logo, text, and images — is owned by WE ARE Health. You may not reproduce or use this content without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be resolved in the New Zealand courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
